Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking a friendly, patient-focused registration specialist to join the front desk team and support high-quality care delivery in a busy clinic setting.

You will respond to incoming calls, assist with patient registration, verify eligibility, and update payments while maintaining accurate records during 8:30am–5:30pm shifts.

This role provides growth opportunities within the UHS system and supports compassionate patient service in a large health network.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One-year prior experience in customer service required.
• Must have basic typing, 10-Key, and word processing skills.

Mansioni

• Answer phone calls on a daily basis and direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist in updating patient demographics/registration.
• Assist in verifying patients’ insurance eligibility.
• Complete QRM occurrence reports as needed.
