• Collect co-pays and amounts due, providing receipts.
• Balance and deposit payments daily.
• Schedule new and established patients per clinic guidelines.
• Maintain patient charts and medical records.
• Coordinate with providers and departments to ensure coverage.
• Answer and route messages per policy; assist in daily office operations.
• Assist in training Patient Care Service staff as needed.
• Maintain an orderly, patient-friendly front desk environment.
