• Schedule new and established patients according to clinic guidelines.
• Verify and update patient information and insurance details in the system.
• Collect payments and inform patients of payment responsibility; balance and deposit daily.
• Prepare charts and maintain medical records.
• Filing documents daily in medical records and assist with office equipment maintenance.
