Job summary

University Health in Texas is seeking a Training Coordinator for the Patient Access team to partner with leadership and the Training Manager in building a comprehensive training program. The role focuses on coordinating and documenting all staff training and ensuring timely delivery aligned with Revenue Cycle goals.

Qualifications

• BS degree in education, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing Patient Access functions and workflows.
• Minimum two years' experience as a Patient Access Trainer highly desired.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
• Flexible working hours when necessary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document all training for Patient Access staff.
• Work closely with Training Manager to ensure training delivered timely and accurately.
• Coordinate the QA program for the Patient Access staff.
