The role focuses on operational training for scheduling, pre-registration, registration, billing, and follow-up, with development and management of training materials.

The position emphasizes delivering effective front-end revenue cycle training, collaboration with supervisors to identify training needs, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and CMS

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience delivering trainings or facilitating meetings/public speaking.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and CMS submission guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide system and content-based education, analysis, reporting for Patient Financial Services.
• Train front-end revenue cycle processes: scheduling, pre-registration, registration, billing, follow-up.
• Develop and manage training materials and implement training delivery within the organization.
• Assess learner needs and adapt delivery methods to maximize learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing education needs and contribute to performance management.
