University Health System- San Antonio is seeking a Training Coordinator in Patient Access to collaborate with leadership and the Training Manager to strengthen the staff training program and ensure comprehensive onboarding.

You will coordinate and document all training for Patient Access staff, ensure timely delivery, and help drive Revenue Cycle goals through continuous staff development.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in education, business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Patient Access functions.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Patient Access Trainer is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
• Flexible working hours when necessary

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and document all training for Patient Access staff.
• Work closely with the Patient Access Training Manager to ensure training is delivered timely and accurately.
• Coordinate the QA program for the Patient Access staff.
• Support growth of employees and alignment with Revenue Cycle goals.
