Job summary

Conifer Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a for an experienced supervisor in Patient Access to mentor staff, manage daily workflows and drive operational goals. The role includes training new hires, handling escalations, and supporting planning across Admitting, Scheduling, ED and clinics.

The candidate should have substantial experience in Patient Access, strong leadership, and knowledge of healthcare information systems. This is an on-site role with responsibilities across hospital operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area.
• 5+ years experience in Patient Access preferred.
• 2+ years in supervisory or lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance/mentoring/training to staff and assist with escalated issues.
• Assist in short/long range planning for Registration Process areas (Admitting, Scheduling, ED, clinics).
• Maintain positive customer service and resolve issues.
• Enforce policies and assist in developing new policies per guidelines.
• Monitor daily activity and generate performance/financial reports; perform special projects as assigned.
• Perform all Patient Access functions as needed.
• Contribute to management team to meet operational goals.
