Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access and Pre-Access Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff performance, and KPI achievement within the patient access team. You will manage scheduling, onboarding, and coaching to optimize front-end processes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal teams, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others with a strong analytical ability.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, verification and hospital billing.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI to manage teams and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all registration duties with staff and reporting employees.
• Provide training for staff and monitor daily productivity.
• Manage staff scheduling, time off, and shift coverage.
• Monitor and review reports on KPIs (registration times, wait times, productivity).
• Support onboarding, training, and development of staff; coach and provide feedback.
