Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Conifer Health division seeks a senior manager to oversee the daily operations of the Patient Access department, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate, timely patient flow through the access processes. You will lead staffing, budgets, and collaborations with Client Services, oversee regulatory and insurance knowledge, and mentor supervisors across multiple hospital sites.

This role requires strong leadership and a strategic focus on improving patient access

Responsibilities

• Implement process improvement initiatives to meet goals and drive continuous improvement across Patient Access.
• Develop and implement action plans based on identified needs.
• Actively practice budget/cost management and resource planning.
• Understand and articulate all aspects of Patient Access from technology to regulations.
• Lead staffing activities: hiring, training, mentoring, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Client Services to address client needs without disrupting operational flows.
• Address issues proactively, including technology or process-related barriers to performance.
