Job summary

Conifer Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Access Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a multi-site department, driving process improvements and ensuring safe, timely, and accurate patient flow.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, collaborate with Client Services, ensure regulatory and technology alignment across Patient Access, and drive staff development while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years management in Revenue Cycle/Business Services/Acute Health Care preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Patient Access desired.
• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement process improvement initiatives to achieve goals with client collaboration.
• Develop and implement action plans as identified.
• Actively practice budget/cost management.
• Understand all aspects of Patient Access from technology, processes and regulations.
• Manage staffing activities, including hiring, training, and staff development.
• Coordinate with Client Services to address client needs without impacting operations.
• Identify and address issues impeding performance, including technology or processes.
