Job summary

Evolve Orthopedic Partners is seeking a Patient Access Lead to supervise the Patient Access Representative teams, coordinate staffing, and support the Patient Access Manager. The role includes staff training, audits, and ensuring prompt patient registration, check in, and check out for OrthoNY patients.

The Lead acts as a working member of the team, cross-covering duties where needed and traveling to other offices to ensure continuous coverage and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily duties and schedules of the PAR teams.
• Trains new staff and conducts retraining as needed.
• Audits staff work and maintains HIPAA compliance.
• Balances daily transactions and copays to meet KPIs.
• Assists and cross-covers in various locations as needed.
