• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• 4+ years in medical facility, health insurance, or related area.
• 5+ years in Patient Access preferred.
• 2+ years in supervisory or lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily mentorship/training to new hires and existing staff.
• Assists in short/long-range planning for Registration processes (Admitting, Scheduling, ED, clinics).
• Maintains positive customer service and helps staff resolve issues.
• Enforces policies and participates in development of new policies.
• Monitors daily activity and prepares performance/financial clearance reports.
