Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Butler, PA is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor Champion to organize and coordinate the activities of the patient access staff, ensuring accurate registration, timely workflows, and compliant revenue cycle practices.

You will report to the Patient Access Leadership, oversee training, scheduling, on-call rotation, and performance metrics, while driving outstanding customer service and operational efficiency on-site at Independence - Butler Memorial Hospital.

Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM) certification is required.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties and oversees staff training.
• Monitors productivity and reports department performance.
• Manages staff scheduling, including on-call rotations and time off.
• Oversees upfront collection processes, coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Participates in department process development and staff development.
• Acts as resource for staff and other departments to ensure service excellence.
• Manages projects related to implementation, tracking, and process changes.
• Engages in daily facility activities and ensures effective communication.
• Assists with staff evaluations and attendance systems.
