Responsibilities

• Provide daily mentoring/training to new and existing staff and manage escalated issues.
• Assist in short and long range planning for Registration Process areas.
• Maintain positive customer service and help resolve staff issues.
• Enforce policies and assist in new policy development per guidelines.
• Monitor daily activity and prepare performance/metric reports.
• Perform all Patient Access functions as needed.
• Contribute to management team to achieve operational goals.
