Conifer Health is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor/Manager to mentor staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure accurate financial clearance and scheduling processes across departments. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in medical facility or health insurance environments.
• Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new hires and existing staff in daily workflows.
• Assist in short/long-range planning for Admission, Scheduling, ED and clinics.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve issues as they arise.
• Enforce policies and assist with development of new policies.
• Monitor daily activity and generate performance/financial reports.
• Perform Patient Access functions as needed and contribute to the management team.
