Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to organize and coordinate staff activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations within a fiscally responsible framework.

You will work with the Patient Access leadership to coach staff, develop processes, and monitor performance metrics while maintaining high levels of customer service for patients and clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2-year/Associate degree or 4-year/Bachelor’s Degree required or preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; high degree of analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting employees and ensure daily completion.
• Provide staff training and monitor daily productivity and performance metrics.
• Prepare and review reports on key metrics (point of service, wait times, overtime, productivity).
• Schedule staff including rotations, time off, and call-offs.
• Oversee upfront collection process tracking and goal coaching as appropriate.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide guidance during volume surges.
• Develop and implement department processes; conduct audits and continual coaching.
• Serve as a resource to staff and other departments; uphold service standards.
