Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access and Pre-Access Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflows within our patient access team. You will manage scheduling, monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and collaborate with clients to optimize front-end processes while driving staff onboarding and development.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or a related field, a degree (associate or bachelor's), and strong Microsoft

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate or 4-year Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; high degree of analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting employees; provides training and monitors productivity.
• Provides and reviews reporting to track department performance (KPIs, wait times, overtime, productivity).
• Assigns and coordinates staff schedules; minimizes overtime while maximizing productivity.
• Responsible for upfront collection process tracking and monitoring; sets goals and provides coaching.
• On-call rotation including days, nights, and weekends; may fill in for call-offs or staffing issues.
