Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assists Manager, Director, AVP in meeting performance goals and standards established for Patient Access Departments.
• Registers and pre-registers patients as necessary to support the team.
• Assist Manager with the appropriate staffing of Patient Access areas.
• Assists manager in keeping current a departmental record on each employee including PTOs, absences, and disciplinary actions.
• Represents Patient Access and Patient Financial Services at designated facility on operational issues.
• Daily cash management and valuables function including audits for the facility.
• Produces various reports and feedback to manager.
