Qualifications

• Experience with patient registration and scheduling systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the patient access department, fostering excellence and teamwork.
• Mentor and guide a team of patient access professionals.
• Perform advanced patient registration tasks and handle complex scenarios.
• Ensure accurate collection and entry of patient demographics and insurance data into EHR.
• Coordinate scheduling for various services and follow-up appointments.
• Oversee insurance verification and resolve related issues.
• Guide patient communications and address questions or concerns.
