Job summary

Englewood Health is seeking a Supervisor of Patient Access Services for the daytime schedule in Englewood, NJ. This role directs registration and pre-authorization operations, coordinating staff to ensure efficient patient access processes.

The position requires prior experience in patient access and at least one year in supervisory roles, with strong knowledge of CPT/ICD/HCPCS codes and excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of patient registration and/or pre-authorization experience.
• At least one year of experience leading or supervising others or managing processes.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS and/or drug codes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead a work group and interact with staff, physicians, patients, insurers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of personnel in registration and pre-authorization.
• Plan, direct and coordinate operations of the Patient Access Service.
• Manage staff for optimum performance.
