Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to organize and coordinate staff, ensuring safe, effective work while managing costs. You will coach staff, oversee training, and collaborate with Patient Access Leadership to maintain high performance in patient registration and related revenue cycle tasks.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, productivity monitoring, and reporting on service levels, wait times, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree required/preferred as stated.
• Ability to lead/direct others; strong analytical ability; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and pre-registration duties for staff.
• Provide staff training and performance coaching.
• Monitor productivity and generate reports on key metrics.
• Participate in on-call rotations and coverage as needed.
• Support department processes and drive AI-enabled improvements.
