Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to organize staff, oversee registration duties, and coach teams to deliver efficient, compliant revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities include training, monitoring productivity and wait times, scheduling, and leading process improvements with AI-enabled tools. A 2-3 year supervisory background in healthcare is preferred, with CHAM/CRCR credentials encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; strong analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, or hospital billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all registration duties with staff daily.
• Provide training and monitor department performance metrics.
• Manage staff scheduling, time off, and coverage to minimize overtime.
• Oversee upfront collection process tracking and coaching.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide guidance as needed.
• Lead process improvements and staff development with AI tools.
• Report to leadership and gather department statistics.
