Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in Patient Access/Registration or Revenue Cycle Management
• Experience in Billing/Patient Accounting or Customer Service preferred
• Strong knowledge of front-end revenue cycle processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Patient Access department
• Ensure accurate registration and financial clearance processes
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and regulatory compliance
• Drive process improvements and staff development
