Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Patient Access and Pre-Access Supervisor to lead the daily operations at RSFH - Roper Hospital in Charleston, SC. You will oversee registration/pre-registration tasks, coach staff, manage scheduling, and monitor KPIs to improve front-end revenue cycle performance.

The role emphasizes onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development while driving patient satisfaction and efficiency improvements. On-call duties and collaboration with clients are required.

Qualifications

• 2 Year/ Associate degree or 4 year/ Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; high degree of analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient access/pre-access operations and staffing.
• Manage scheduling, KPIs, and onboarding/training programs.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Coordinate with clients to optimize front-end processes.
• Handle on-call rotation and staffing coverage as needed.
• Prepare and review reports on department performance.
