Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in revenue cycle management.

• Experience operating PC and using software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, evaluates work and monitors performance, and implements corrective actions.
• Diagnoses and resolves root process issues affecting revenue cycle objectives.
• Organizes and leads special projects and provides formal updates to management.
• Leads initiatives by coordinating task teams to deliver results.
• Performs scheduling, preregistration, insurance verification, and financial clearance.
• Delivers a positive patient experience and resolves issues with designated contacts.
