Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Clarion, PA, is seeking a Supervisor for Patient Access & Pre-Access to lead staff, ensure compliant, efficient registration and pre-registration processes, and partner with the Patient Access Manager.

Responsibilities include training, monitoring productivity, reporting metrics, scheduling, on-call rotation, and driving process improvements. Certifications CHAM/CRCR preferred; 2–3 years supervisory healthcare experience; associate or bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2 Year/ Associate degree or 4 year/ Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred
• Ability to lead/direct others; high degree of analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with reporting staff.
• Provides training for staff.
• Monitors daily productivity and communicates with staff.
• Assigns staff schedule, including rotation, time off, and call-offs.
• On-call rotation and administrative guidance during peak periods.
• Assists with developing department processes and procedures.
