Job summary

Advocate Health in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Full-time Patient Access Supervisor to support the Enterprise Revenue Cycle. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in meeting performance goals for Patient Access Departments.
• Assist Manager in training of all registrars in patient access.
• Provide guidance and feedback on employee performance through rounding, auditing and reporting.
• Register and pre-register patients to support the team.
• Assist Manager with staffing and scheduling of Patient Access areas.
• Complete performance appraisals and maintain attendance/counseling records.
• Ensure daily cash handling and audits meet policy.
