Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in meeting performance goals and standards for Patient Access.
• Train registrars across all patient access areas and provide guidance.
• Audit and screen registration work and generate performance feedback.
• Register and pre-register patients to support the team.
• Staff Patient Access areas appropriately and help complete appraisals.
• Ensure accurate recording of employee time per Advocate policy.
• Maintain department records on attendance, counseling, and actions.
• Ensure attendance at mandatory classes and document participation.
• Represent Patient Access at designated facility on operational issues.
• Manage daily cash handling and valuables with audits.
• Produce reports and brief the manager; liaise with other departments.
• Promote Atrium core values in interactions with patients and staff.
