Aufgaben

• Assist Manager, Director, AVP in meeting performance goals for Patient Access.
• Train registrars in all areas of patient access.
• Provide guidance through auditing and feedback on registration work.
• Register and pre-register patients to support the team.
• Assist with staffing Patient Access areas and completing appraisals.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping per Advocate policy and maintain attendance/counseling records.
• Attend mandatory classes and document attendance and development.
• Represent Patient Access and Patient Financial Services at facility on operational issues.
• Manage daily cash handling and valuables; perform audits.
• Produce and share reports with management; interact with other departments as needed.
• Promote hospital image per Atrium Core Values.
