Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor to organize and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations within a fiscally responsible framework.

You will work with Patient Access Leadership to coach staff, conduct training, and optimize performance, including registration, scheduling, and upfront collection processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required; multiple pathways accepted.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business environments preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct others; strong analytical skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all registration duties with staff and ensure daily completion.
• Train staff and monitor daily productivity; provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, and on-call rotations to minimize overtime while maximizing output.
• Oversee upfront collection processes and reporting on key metrics.
• Create and update department processes; conduct staff education and development.
• Assist with audits, staff evaluations, and time/attendance tracking.
