The role includes onboarding, training, and continuous staff development, with a starting salary of $47,400 annually. A on-site position with significant collaboration across departments and clients.

Qualifications

• 2-year/Associate degree or 4-year/Bachelor’s Degree required or preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field
• Ability to lead/direct others; strong analytical abilities; working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and hospital billing
• Experience using AI to improve processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration duties and scheduling for staff.
• Provide staff training and monitor productivity.
• Review reports on KPIs like wait times and throughput.
• Manage on-call rotation including days/nights/weekends.
• Support onboarding and staff development; drive process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with policies and client requirements.
