Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in front desk operations with supervisory exposure.
• Fluent with medical terminology and patient flow processes.
• Experience with patient check-in/check-out and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Front Desk team to ensure timely patient services.
• Enforce established policies; supervise staff; coordinate with hospital departments and physician offices.
• Oversee financial screening for Medicaid/charity programs and related authorizations.
• Train, coordinate, and coach front desk personnel; monitor performance and morale.
• Track metrics on registrations, cash collections, and insurance verification; drive process improvements.
• Prepare staff schedules; participate in monthly meetings and training sessions.
