Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in front desk operations. Two plus years experience in a supervisory role.
• Fluent with medical terminology required.
• Experience with patient check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day front desk operations and ensure timely, efficient services for patients.
• Oversee training, coordination and supervision of front desk personnel.
• Coordinate with hospital departments and physician offices to facilitate registrations, admissions, verifications and authorizations.
• Track and communicate key metrics related to registrations, cash collections, and insurance verifications.
