Responsibilities

• Handle admitting duties for patients at the hospital.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and collect patient liability.
• Explain consent forms and distribute required patient education documents.
• Screen medical necessity and assist with POS collections to support clean claim rate.
• Operate switchboard and provide compassionate customer service across departments.
