Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at assigned sites with 24/7 coverage.
• Set short- and long-term goals with management.
• Collaborate to standardize policies and processes.
• Resolve issues with hospital billing.
• Participate in process improvement teams.
• Monitor costs, productivity, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate PAS staff training for PAS software updates.
• Ensure privacy and consent regulations compliance.
• Perform HR responsibilities including coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain Code of Ethical Conduct compliance.
