Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Extensive knowledge of Patient Access required, CHAA preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
• Extremely high degree of attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Good analytical & problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple demands and function well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth patient flow and quality registration.
• Maximize Point of Service patient collections and service quality.
• Coordinate break and lunch times to ensure coverage.
• Assist supervisor in managing volume fluctuations and staffing.
• Serve as a resource on policies and procedures for the department.
• Lead by example in customer service and professional conduct.
