Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid).

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Verify insurance information and collect demographics.
• Complete medical necessity / compliance checks and POS related tasks.
• Explain and distribute patient education documents and consent forms.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and support efficient patient flow.
