Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all registration duties with direct and indirect reporting employees.
• Provides training to staff and monitors daily productivity.
• Maintains reports on department performance (e.g., wait times, productivity).
• Manages staff schedules, including rotation, time off, and call-offs.
• Supports day-to-day operations and assists with process improvements.
