Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Patient Access or hospital registration.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and financial clearance processes.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access activities for accurate registration and documentation.
• Monitor staff productivity and provide real-time coaching.
• Escalate issues to Manager; assist with staffing coverage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and policies.
• Coach staff in customer service standards and registration accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical units to resolve access-related issues.
