Job summary

Olympic Medical Center on the North Olympic Peninsula is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead the Patient Access Services team. You will provide direction, support, and daily oversight of scheduling, workflow, and performance to ensure accurate patient registrations and compliant encounters.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, with an associate degree preferred, and at least three years in health care with insurance registration and pre-authorization processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, direction, and focus for the Patient Access Services staff.
• Support the Manager of Patient Access with daily operations, scheduling, workflow and compliance oversight.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure successful outcomes of patient encounters and measure productivity and compliance with standards.
