The role involves registration, scheduling, and coordinating referrals with a patient-centered approach. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying demographics, processing documents, coordinating payments, and supporting clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education or equivalent training in a healthcare or business related field is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in an office setting, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of registration procedures, extensive computer skills, basic knowledge of system applications, billing systems, and third party payers is preferred.
• Medical terminology desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics; create, scan, and route documents or forms.
• Inform patients about documents and capture signatures as needed.
