Responsibilities

• Register patients and explain the process; respond to questions.
• Process payments including co-pays and balances due; manage cash securely.
• Assist with Kiosk check-in and Medicare Questionnaires.
• Obtain signatures on consent and financial forms; scan and file documents.
• Counsel patients on non-covered services and ABNs; ensure confidentiality.
