Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience; computer systems experience.
• Strong typing 40+ wpm; knowledge of medical terminology.
• Call center or telephone customer service experience; bilingual preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment; independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits and explain the registration process.
• Process co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; reconcile cash drawer.
• Assist patients with Kiosk check-in and Medicare/ABN paperwork.
• Gather signatures on consent and financial documents; scan and file records.
