Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with computer systems including Microsoft Office and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits and explain the process.
• Process co-pays, balances due, and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Assist with Kiosk check-in and Medicare/ABN forms.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using multiple sources.
• Identify insurance coverage and confirm eligibility in real time.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure patient information.
• Provide excellent patient experience and first-contact resolution when possible.
