Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based apps and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and explains the registration process.
• Processes co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; safeguards payments.
• Completes Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire and adjusts coverage.
• Instructs patients on forms, collects signatures, and records documents.
