You will verify demographics, insurance coverage, and required documents while assisting with financial resources and applications.

This fast-paced, patient-facing role emphasizes accuracy, exceptional service, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of directly relevant experience required.
• Licensure: None.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and completing registration and check-in processes.
• Verifying demographic information, insurance coverage, and required documentation.
• Collecting patient signatures and ensuring registration records are complete and accurate.
• Assisting patients with financial assistance resources and helping eligible individuals navigate application processes.
• Supporting scheduled appointments as well as walk-in services including laboratory visits, imaging, EKGs, and other outpatient services.
• Responding to departmental communications, workflow updates, and system changes.
