Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year medical setting or 3 years customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and active listening.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments and enters information accurately.
• Obtains demographic, insurance and financial information from patients.
• Explains forms and obtains signatures; verifies insurance eligibility.
• Collects patient payments and posts them in the system.
• Maintains professional communication with patients and staff; meets metrics.
