Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional presentation.
• Proficient with Windows applications and role-specific software; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests.
• Create, activate, and complete the patient scheduling, clinic registration, or hospital admission process.
• Ensure all required forms are completed and paperwork gathered accurately.
• Efficiently gather and input demographic and financial information; explain insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Perform financial analysis and inform patients of financial responsibility.
• Balance cash drawer daily and complete end-of-shift duties.
• Maintain privacy and cooperate with other departments; resolve conflicts professionally.
