Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in medical office or customer service.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate EMR/EPIC systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; patient-focused service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient arrival and departure activities.
• Handle patient calls and inquiries; schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Update insurance/billing information in EPIC and perform point-of-service tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety; support front-end operations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve patient experience and throughput.
