Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients in person or by phone with professionalism.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify insurance information and update EPIC records.
• Collect co-pays and perform front-end billing tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
• Navigate EPIC work queues and escalate issues.
